DEAR SIRS, MY NAME IS GERALDINE CICCHELLA GERDING AND I AM DOING A GENEALOGY ON THE CICCHELLAS FROM MONTECALVO-IRPINO. I WOULD LIKE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH MARIO SORRENTINO AND, GIANOBOSCO CAVALLETTI, I HAVE DOCUMENTS CONNECTING THE CICCHELLAS TO THE FLLOWING FAMILIES----PARZANESE, MARRA, PAPPONO,CACCESE, PELLAGRINO, MANGIALETTO, CIPRIANO,SICILIONO, JUST TO NAME A FEW. Cara Geraldine,
abbiamo bene inteso la tua richiesta di aiuto per la ricerca sulla famiglia Cicchella da Montecalvo.
Per poterti aiutare meglio, avremmo bisogno di sapere qualche cosa in più.
Ad esempio:
Dove adesso vivete negli States
Uno della famiglia Cicchella, nato a Montecalvo e poi emigrato.
L'anno di emigrazione ecc. ecc.
Cioè delle notizie che si possono incrociare per poter stabilire la relazione tra i "Cicchella" e Montecalvo.

Dear Gerry,
if you could enlarge your request of information with other elements, perhaps I'd consider how to help you in some way with your family research. Just now it would be important for you to give information about the first family member who left Montecalvo for the States, the year of the departure, his/her trade when in Italy, and other relevant information concerning his/her relationship in Italy and America, the residence in the States, the family address in Montecalvo, visits back to the homecountry, and so on (in a general way I'm translating Alfonso's message to you). In this way it is to be hoped somebody may have the opportunity for answering directly to you with pertinent facts and names.
